Anyway to earn money really quickly without taking out a loan?

First boat..... As i've said multiple times i'm poor as hell in the game.

the loan repayments are nothing really. I took out the 51 million kr loan to buy the hermes as i wanted to make sure i had enough for the upgrades i already had like 15 million in the bank after all the upgrade i still had over 30 million left over and working on roughly 7-8 million for each full load i should be able to pay my loan off after one more trip out 3 (trips total).

However i didnt take a loan on the first boats

I'd have a look in the fish market and see which fish the best price and then bait your hookline for that particular fish. Make sure that the markers are blue before reeling the line in, that will give you maximum yeild. You should also gut the fish before selling them. A five star rating will add an extra 50% to the value of the fish. You could buy a second line so you can set it before collecting the one that's ready.

tbh, i would start over, gather some cash (using the hints above), get a loan when you´re ready and buy the 2nd boat (+ crew) asap (!!asap means, when you can afford to buy boat + crew + net upgrade!!)... No point in carrying a loan around that you don´t use and i doubt you are that far, that starting over would hurt too much ...

just my advice, you can of course try to get out of this situation, which should be doable, if you´re up for the challenge :) ...

you should take a loan. they can quickly be paid off. hell i don't know if you can pay it off interest free but worse case u pay little interest if u max out a boat and then pay it back ASAP.

Taking out a loan is probably the fastest way to advance, but if you use the right lines and the right bait money just rolls in. If fishing were *really* this profitable millions of people would be pouring into the business.
