Black screen unless I move my mouse around

So unless I am moving my mouse around the screen will just stay black. Using Windows 11. Any help would be appreciated.

Never found a solution. I gave up.

Go to the games folder and rename ddraw.dll to ddraw.old (or delete it entirely?) and it works.

Install UAP and go on nexus mods :

https://www.nexusmods.com/arcanumofsteamworksandmagickobscura/mods/4#

download the one for the resolution you want (i recommend 1280 * 720). Extract the folder in the arcanum folder and run the install.bat in the high res folder.
