Character Editor

Hey, been lookin' for a character editor for Arcanum, gotten the game recently, love it so far, but wanted to edit it a bit, mostly because I'm treating it like an actual RPG and using an old Character Backstory Generator called Central Casting to roll up the character's history, and was wonderin' if there's an editor somewhere so I can modify a save file of a character that I made to be modified to whatever I end up getting on that Character's History.

use cheat engine at the begining. unfortunately, when you go back to windows with win key, game is just crushing. Still dunno the reason. And steam still couldnt find any solution
