Seeing Fallout 3-2 is not my cup of tea.
That's besides the point though since it's highly unlikely Bethesda would be interested in making a sequel to Arcanum since it sold so poorly.
Meanwhile Arcanum did not sell as well as the original Fallout or it's sequel, nor is it as well known. It's not even the most well regarded among Troika's games, since people tend to bring up VtmB before Arcanum since that was a fps/rpg. I foresee a new Vampire game coming out long before a 3D Arcanum game.
I find it much more likely that a different studio would make some kind of spiritual successor game to Arcanum under a different name to avoid paying Activision for the license.
