Arcanum High Resolution Patch (Need Assistance)

Good Afternoon fellow Engineers and Chaotic Wizards, I bring forth a question of most importance. The current 2560x1440 resolution of my monitor makes the UI of the game egregiously small, so much I need to focus to read the items. In the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arcanum\Arcanum\HighRes there's a config.ini file, is that what I have to change in order to resize the UI? I appreciate your attention for this hideous question. Have a good day.

There does not exist any patches which scale the UI or chat text or really anything at all in the game. Your only option is to use a lower resolution. 1280x720 in my opinion is the most comfortable high resolution which reduces eye strain.
