As for the "secret dwarf city", ill only tell you this; in the Wheel Clan, find the dwarf who gives you the schematic for the key. Craft the key, then go to the Zoological Society in Tarant.
Bring Magnus if you can, and Loghaire too, though you need high persuasion to recruit him.
Do you use a g-sync or free-sync enabled monitor at all? What OS and specs do your computers have?
As for Virgil, you need to get to Caladon's cemetery where he'll wander off a bit. Then, during the Main Quest, you'll go back to Qintarra after Tsen-Ang and Virgil will go off and end up in Caladon's Sobbing Onion Basement. He'll most likely die during the fight but there's a Scroll of Resurrection in the chest to your left. He is revived, Joachim comes up and Virgil finally comes to terms with his past.
To get the Durin Stone in the Iron Clan you'll have to get the Iron Key from Mithril Ore+Heartstone and the Glass Key after completing the St. Mannox quest given by the Panarii in Caladon. You'll travel to the Secret Entrance and viola.
