Cannot get windowed mode to work.

I am having a hell of a time trying to get this game to run in windowed mode. So far, I have had no luck at all with the recommended patch and high resolution patch. Any advice?

Maybe you can try this (please at your risk, it works for me)

1- Go to steamapps\common\Arcanum\Arcanum\HighRes
2- Run "_uninstall"
3- Edit config
In:
//Graphics:
Windowed = 0 // 0 = fullscreen mode, 1 = windowed mode
put 1
4- Run "_install"

I just gave up. I got it mostly running properly, but there's a lack of a lot of features that I don't remember being an issue back when I first played it, lol.

What a shame... i just finished the game this week and i think is a great RPG.

I'm not saying it isn't. I remember really enjoying the game back when I first got it. I'd really love to see a re-release with some quality of life updates. Being able to zoom in and out would be really, really nice.
