Any Way to Change the Font?

I have the unofficial patch downloaded. I have the game running at 720p.

The font style is really hard on my eyes. I was wondering if I could change it through some kind of mod or ini file.

And I've played through Fallout 1 and 2 many times. The size of the font isn't really an issue.

You can make it bigger with the hires mod if that helps
