How to get back to isle of despair(solved)
The way in:

The way out:
Travel to women camp, go north till the very end, use teleportation

Do you not have a save of before you left the isle of despair? That's what was being suggested, if you have a previous save before the glitch, load it.

I thought the wheel clan spectator blue print was given to you automatically, so I leave the island

Nope, if you can't talk him into giving it to you or steal them or the blueprint, you have to murder him for his pair. Usually though, I could go to and from the Isle of Despair until I actually got the spectacles. Teach would sail there more than once, so long as you hadn't finished the quest to acquire them.
