menu falling into oblivion

Every time I try to open the menu to change settings or look for a video the menu falls straight down and I can't choose anything. I haven't added any new devices to my PC since the last time it worked. I can scroll to get the menu to come back up, but its too unstable trying to scroll and click at the same time.

Anyone having this problem right now? I know its something that's happened to ppl, but I wanna check if its because of a new steamVR update or otherwise.

Same here when using mouse + keyboard. No problem when using vive controllers though.

Simmilar issue when using mouse to control, the menu just flies up into the sky for no reason, doesn't do this with the vive motion controller tho.

I found the solution. I had to disconnect my HOTAS joystick. Somehow that was behaving as if it was scrolling the mouse wheel constantly. Unplugged it and that solved the problem.

I had the same problem and the cause is the usb connection to my ps4 dualshock controller which I'm using just for charging. Wonder why would the app would behave so.
