I've been updating the game like crazy. And there's a reason for it.

On October 2, PROJECT HUNT will be featured on one of the largest gaming channels in Korea. This will be our first major promotion since the game launched in 2024.

I'm treating it as the second launch of PROJECT HUNT.

That's why I've been pushing so hard: fixing problems, improving quality and the new-player experience, and preparing more content.

I want new hunters to see the best PROJECT HUNT I can make.

Here's a look at what I've been improving—and what's coming next.

The king is coming back.

Yes, the T-Rex will return to PROJECT HUNT. I'm working on its return now, and I'll share more details as development progresses.

The recent patch rush is about improving the game you play today.

DLSS-related improvements are one part of that work, alongside bug fixes, quality-of-life updates, and improvements to the overall experience.

Update after update. I'm keeping that momentum going into October 2.

I'm aiming to release the following six weapons around the October 2 promotion and PROJECT HUNT 2.0.

Here's the current plan.

• DE

Both are planned additions to the regular weapon shop.

• AK47

Both are planned for the black market, where you'll be able to exchange tags for them.

• DB (double-barrel shotgun)

Both are planned additions as DLC weapons.

The goal is to bring these weapons to you together around the promotion. However, the lineup, release timing, and details may change as development progresses.

Until now, you've gone looking for the animals.

This time, they're coming to you.

I'm working on a new farm defense map where you'll protect the farm from animals threatening the area.

It's a different way to put PROJECT HUNT's animals, weapons, and hunting systems to work—and a change of pace from heading out into the wilderness.

Farm Defense is in development. More details will follow as it takes shape.

A new legendary individual is also planned for PROJECT HUNT:

The Legendary Amur Leopard.

Another encounter to look forward to. Another reason to head back out on the hunt.

There's one part of this second launch that I can't do alone.

Tell others what you love—and what still needs work. Your experience can help people discovering the game on October 2 decide whether it's for them.

And when new hunters arrive, please be kind and make them feel welcome.

Be patient with their questions. Share a few tips. Help them find their feet—even if they're asking something that seems obvious to a longtime player.

Let's give them a community they'll want to be part of.

• DLSS can significantly improve frame rates while maintaining high visual quality.

• DLSS settings can be adjusted in the Options menu. Performance-focused settings offer higher frame rates at the cost of some image quality.

• Added an indicator to the hunt results screen to highlight newly hunted specimens.

  

Added ragdoll physics for the following animals when killed:

• Ussuri Wild Boar (male and female)

• Ussuri Red Deer (male and female)

• Cheetah

• Sika Deer (male and female)

• Black Rhino

• European Red Fox

• The main screen now displays the top three countries by hunting score from the previous week.

  

• In-world weapon shop displays now showcase all weapons available for purchase.

  

• Added UI indicators showing your current stance and noise level.

  

• New cowboy-style male and female third-person characters are now available.

• Third-person characters are visible while riding vehicles and during player death animations.

  

  

  

• Reloading now fills the weapon to its full capacity, including the chamber.

  • Previously, reloading only filled the magazine, leaving the weapon one round short of its maximum capacity.

• Removed shop objects from the tutorial.

• Game data is now automatically saved when exiting the game.

• Added text effects while fishing and improved the related UI.

• Simplified the menu background.

• Updated the hit icon on the hunt results screen.
