Secret Ending? [Some spoilers]
The last time you meet the Jwillox, they talk about finding the "Divine Ignorance" and something about a sunless world, following a crimson bird and looking under its nest. I thought it was a clue, like to find the other secret rooms, but right after that the game ends. I thought all that talk about them functioning on a different time meant maybe I had to look in previous chapters, but so far I've found nothing. I also thought it could be a clue for a different color combination but I can't get them to repeat the clue.
So... is it anything at all? Is there a secret ending? Is it a clue for the next game?

Hello, dev here. Sorry to answer that with a little delay (just 3 years), I just saw this post. The short anser is that the last dialogue with the Jwillox meant to be a "clue" for the next installation of the game, "A Tale of Caos: Symphony".
The long answer is, as the name implies, quite long. Sorry again for having to wait so long for an answer :)

Well thank you for the response nonetheless :lunar2019grinningpig: I hope the next game will have a refresher of the clue.
Is A Tale of Caos: Symphony in production at the moment?
Maybe if we spell it chaos the dev will come back

that was so weird, a lot of loose ends, secret rooms, references to a big plot twist and bigger plot .. yet nothing happens, the game was never released, the official site had no updates in like a decade.

I played the first 15 minutes back in 2016, and now after 10 hours I'm glad I finished this game. If they somehow release the sequel, I hope they improve upon it. The dialogues are too long, not funny at all, lot of filler, tons of back and forth (chapter 2 !!), too much redundant minigames (hate that slow simon says minigame), bad writting, no indication of already selected dialogues, not varied enough music, very weird "comic" music that happens on each plan.

Anyway, I'm done, see you in the next game , if ever
