According to the store page there is a secret room in every Act. Anyone got a hint on how to find those? Do you have to click a specific pixel on a specific screen? Do you have to give a certain item to a certain character?

I got every other achievement but can't seem to figure this one out. Can anyone help me?

I'm at or near the end of Act II and fighting the bounty huntress. I've gone through all the dialogue options, and I'm stalling by challenging her to a battle of wits, etc. However, I can't get anything else to happen from there. I can get all the answers right to the questions, or get all the answers wrong, but they just keep looping. Is there something I'm missing, or something that I just don't quite get?...

I've completed Act III including the secret room but I couldn't figure that one out. I thought maybe it had something to do with the dev note on the bulletin board but it didn't seem to do anything. Am I way off base?
