Are you sure this is the Collector's Edition? The walkthrough, bonus game, etc., are all missing..

In the elegant crank hos, the small silver lever that is supposed to be on the base of the fallen stand (circled in red in the strategy guide) is missing and therefore unable to click on, so I cannot proceed any further in game and am totally stuck! I checked the BFG game forums and it seems I am not the only one who has this problem but no-one has come up with any solutions and the dev hasn't fixed it either, so I don't know what to do!
