Thanks for the interest! At this point, I'm not 100% sure what all will be available in the initial version of ranged combat since it's still in development, but eventually it will at least have everything that's standard to traditional RPGs, including those that you mentioned.
There are currently two options for combat: tactical turn-based and real-time. Both are quite basic at this time. The video below demonstrates what the turn-based combat currently looks like, which consists of the player character being able to move and attack each turn.

No, at this time there isn't anything built-in for character creation.
This can be set up by assigning an object model to an equippable item and then defining attach points for the character model to indicate where the object gets attached. The documentation for attach points below contains some info on how this works.

Hopefully that helps! :) I'd highly recommend checking out the demo version to get a feel for the current state of everything. It includes all of the functionality from the full version, with only a limitation on map size/count and a splash image on exported games. Let me know if you have any other questions!
Sorry my english, i'm from Brazil
No worries! There is some basic party functionality which lets you add/remove party members via scripting functions. They aren't visible normally, but they do appear during turn-based combat and can be controlled like the main player character on their turn. I'm still working out some bugs related to their inventory and equipment, but it at least allows the party members to assist during combat.
Keep doing this amazing work!
Thanks so much, I appreciate the support! :)
Are you referring to the editors or in-game? For some of the editors (Map Editor, Voxel Editor, etc.), you can click the last toolbar button with the green arrows pointing outward to go into a fullscreen mode, and in-game you can switch the display mode between windowed and fullscreen by pressing ESC and going into the options menu.
If you're running Windows, can you try clicking the maximize button in the top right corner of the window, or right-click on the window titlebar and select "Maximize"? That should force the window to match your desktop size.
Thanks for the screenshot! I will take a look.
