So, what's about skills?

I meet a lot of problems with skills while making my own game. Even when i found a guide of adding it to skill bar, there's still a lot of questions.
How skills will work in non-irt combat?
How can I add my own wigets to game?
How can I make messages about level up or getting some skills?
And when we will be able to customize MDTB combat?

The widget maker is in the UI Editor. Just go to the "Widgets" section and press the big green +.
