Character Customization?
So, I made a character model, and I want to have a sort of character customization system, but I am not sure quite how. Can someone help me?

You mean for example equip the player with a sword? I think the only possible way is to create another character model with a sword and swap it ingame with "Set Entity Model".

More like changing textures on the player models. Is there any way to do that?

This isn't currently possible unfortunately - the only method right now would be to swap out the player's model as wleopold stated above.

I'm also very interested in that. Swapping the model is a way I can live with. What I want to do most right now is equipping the player with weapons, shields, armor. I can do that with a script when an item is used. But I need access to the built-in player properties like health, attack and defense.

Paperdoll and inventory with (custom) slots would be very excellent. So we could set weapon/shield/armor if we want, but also ring, amulet, implant, left/right separation, mutators etc.

Yeah, this is rly something, what I´m looking for, too. Beside a toolbar for skills, weapons/items. And maybe an own Inventory-area for a list of items you can carry in this gear-slots for nice overview like in RPG Maker MV for fast quick-change options for these items. Its there rly nice. In case we can design this in the UI we have already the better option at the end, because there is very boring, its inside - yeah, but the design is too static.... and no rly change for this... One reason, why every Maker-Games looks/feels the same. A very sadly point. We can do this here, better. :)
