◼ Balance Updates

* Ranged & Special Type Characters: Attack speed has been slightly decreased for overall balance optimization.

* Skill Range Improvements (Dragonica, Setsuna, Sylvia): The skill ranges for these characters have been adjusted so that their attacks hit enemies more accurately and reliably.

* Vine Devourer Balancing: Adjusted the health and absorption speed of the Vine Devourer to lower the difficulty level.

◼ Bug Fixes

* EXP Gain Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where EXP could not be acquired when a negative EXP (-%) modifier was applied.
