We have emerged from the pervasive depths of \[ GAME DEVELOPMENT / kettle throwing / BABY WRANGLING / restless slumber ] to share some wonderful news:

We are so beyond proud to be standing shoulder-to-shoulder with our peers in the Australian Indie games scene. If you haven't already, you should definitely check out the full list of Finalists here[agdas.com.au]!

The Ceremony will take place on Wednesday the 7th of October, 2026 at 3:00 PM AEDT and will be broadcast via the IGEA Twitch channel[www.twitch.tv] - feel free to follow along at home if you'd so fancy!

That's not all for award-related news, however! We are also proud to announce that...

We were quite fortunate to be one of six titles selected as part of the Digital category, allowing us to showcase at PAX Aus for our third consecutive year (and our first post-release!)

We'll be there for the entire of the weekend: from the 9th - 11th of October, 2026 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Aside from at our booth, you will also be able to catch Tex athttps://aus.paxsite.com/en-us/schedule/listing.html?gtID=946694&panel-name=Inside-the-Aus-Indie-Showcase-Tomorrow%E2%80%99s-Hits-TodayTomorrow’s Hits Today[aus.paxsite.com] - a special Aus Indie Showcase panel on Friday the 9th of October, 2026 from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM at the Dropbear Theatre.

You can check out the https://aus.paxsite.com/en-us/features/indie-showcase.html.

With the game now out into the world, there have - ironically - been less excuses to showcase the game. We've definitely missed talking with you all, and can't wait to see you in-person once again!

(Besides, who knows,,,, there may be plans underway to finally debut some much-requested, long-awaited \[REDACTED]...)

We've yet to reveal our full hand for Melbourne International Games Week plans, so be sure to keep your ears peeled and your wits about you for the mischief & tomfoolery that shall ensue in the following weeks.

We look forward to sharing more news with you all soon, but alas...

Our immense gratitude as always :)

Now back to the soil from whenst we came...

Love, from Owl Machine <3
