Fishing rare fish

I catch one only purple cryfish. Dont remember where i catched it. Who know where they can be fishing with more chances? i never catch discus or eel. My fishing skill is on level 26 and maybe its too low to catch rarest, but maybe it depends on fishing location. Who knows?
