(spoilers) Bug on Escalate

If you go to the shadow realm and bring a chest that leads to the normal level, you can use the fan to reach the normal level's exit, but instead of it completing the level, you just collect it and sparks fly but you stay in the level as if you haven't won.

That's normal. Once you enter paradox dimension, you can't win the level the normal way anymore. It's to prevent unintended solutions, especially for this particular level.

Came to say I naturally found this solution as well and thought it was a glitch.

I think it may as well be considered a glitch, the game does not convey in any way that it's normal. There must be a better way to do this than silently preventing a win.

I agree. I had actually failed to complete any of the world's previous levels before that one, and thought they were impossible. When i reached the end of this one and saw that it didn't work, it seemed to confirm that the world's levels were impossible.
