I miss the rings...
Edit: actually they are nice dudes
I strongly agree. I need some explanation on mechanisms on how cauldrons work when they move between rooms, or when two 'same' cauldrons are in a room.
I understand that. perhaps text only?
some new item that is text only so it doesn't feel as out of place?
The mechanic is simple once it snaps in, but there should be an intuitive tutorial.
I think diffferentiating colors of bubbles popping out of cauldrons (so that they will indicate destinations) would be fine.
Hint: Keep an eye on the color of the background!
Tecnical Hint: The achievement you get is a hint. Google is your friend.
Mechanic: The cauldrons are context switches. When you enter a cauldron you go to a specific parallel attempt at the level called a context. The same cauldron will always lead to the same context. When you enter a context you've already been to, you'll continue that context where you left off (Exiting the cauldron you left in). When you enter a cauldron and just exit it again, it is because that cauldron leads to your current context.
Now I'm on to try to wrap my head around this mess instead of feeling confused for 3 hours.
I don't like that some levels require moderate amount of controls (not much harder than the voids but though), but overall the puzzles were great.
But I haven't got all achievements... I have no idea for thread dancer :(
My favorite puzzle is 'Flight' in page 2. Getting ruby was real madness.
2. There's a bug the left-side walls on invalid levels is not sticky if you throw the objects from zero distance. It's not critical, but it's sometimes annoying.
3. I would be easier to catch things if the cauldrons' boiling bubbles have the same color of the target world's color.
4. Thread dancer is fun! That small detail...
