Steam Cloud not working

Steam page says Steam Cloud is present for the game, but actually it doesn't work.

From Steam/logs/cloud_log.txt:

So, it's disabled... But then I found another error in configuration:

It shows the same configuration as game Cursed, https://steamdb.info/app/431260/ufs/
Probably was copied from there but not modified properly.
This game's real save path is %appdata%\Roaming\2Monkeys\CrossMoT\.
