How to race for pink slips with no mods

If you race the same person, and only that person, once per night, the max bet amount will usually increase (some nights it gets capped lower). Eventually, when you max bet reaches the limit for that club it will allow you to race for pink slips.

Follow these steps:
1. Go to a night race and race someone.
2. Win. (This may continue to work even if you lose)
3. Go back to the garage immediately after the race. (Don't try racing anyone else, since this will prevent you from racing the same person)
4. Skip time till the next night.
5. Repeat from step one racing the exact same person, do this until you see "PINK SLIP" for the max bet.

In the green car club you start seeing it at about 20k, in the blue its 40k, not sure yet for red. Once you get to this point you can keep repeating to do pink slips again.
