Auto gearbox is no longer shifting up
I am having trouble that for some reason auto gearbox does not want to shift up form 1st to 2nd for quite a while, as if having trouble reaching the shift point in the revs. I tried playing around with the redline, but the problem stays the same. Once it gets past the intial problems it shifts into 3rd and up fine, but getting the car going is almost impossible.

Might need to adjust final ratio. Would put in the pinned bug report list if the problem persists.

The thing is: i never touched the gear ratios on this setup and it worked before, but now it just bounces against rev limit and the car does not move at all. I thought the clutch might be dead and it is not picking up speed because of that, but that thing seems fine. it is very hard to believe that it cannot get the traction with the drag radials (and it does not seem there is a burnout going on). It is only 1000 hp inline 6. And it worked just fine last time i played. Now it takes more time to get 0 to 80 km/h than 80 to 280 km/h.

Try hitting up and launching in second instead of first

I had the same issue. Had a baiyern with a turboed nonusGT engine. The car refused to accelerate hard in first gear. Then a patch came out and it fixed itself. Then I wrapped the car around a tree and had to start a new save -_-

This might sound like Im being a jerk but its an honest question. The cars take wear and tear in the game, a feature that I very much applaud Image Code for developing. Are you guys being sure to repair between races, or at least when you return to the garage each time?

I was making sure to repair every time. When this problem started i even swapped out tyres, clutch and gearbox just to be sure. Hopefully this self fixing thing works.
By the way i was also running the beemer with nonus gt2 block twin turbo.

EDIT: Just confirmed that update fixed everything and the car is capable of wheelies now.

You can just type begformoney then click the screwdriver after you turn on garage cheats
