No turbo's just max hp at 9000 rpm...

Got the car for 22k at the start. (175hp) > installed GT2 Cams new hp = 425. Won all the drags on red :P
In the base game I think my "best" setup is something like this (This particular one needs a little tiny bit of fine tuning, but you'll get the gist)
Lama Racing v12
Racing Turbos, Heads, Everything
Nitrous Rail set to 1608 lbs/hr
Turbos turned all the way up
20 A:F Ratio
-15 Degrees of timing across all camshafts
2.44 End Ratio
Splay 1-6th gear out where 1 is 2.0 and 6 is 1.0, I usually only shift twice on the manual transmisison on a pull, first to fourth, then fourth to sixth.

I'll show you another cool motor for anyone who comes across this that is new and playing the base game: The V10 American Block upgrade path.
You can get past the first few races with a typical build, basically any boosted, nitrous, methanol 4 cylinder will win you your first 50-100k, so get above 50-ish-thousand first.
Build a stock american block with every cheapest part and the 8.3 crankshaft.
Stock WIth American 8.3 Crank: 502 HP
Exhaust cams +15, Intake Cams -15: 556 HP
Supercharger doesn't add power in this build for some reason, don't sweat it
Enable Engine Kits in the cheats, and in the kits there will be a HEFFNER 605 CID Stroker Kit. It's about $5100, and it will install a 605 CID Crankshaft, 605 CID connecting rods, American pistons, and new belts.
605 CID Kit same tune: 623 HP
This is a really cool and special part that will take our finished motor to 7500 RPM. This is what's economical about this build in a no-cheat or base-game environment, the 75 horsepower increase over the 8.3 crank and solid rev limit of this crankshaft. It also interacts extremely well at the top end of its hosepower range, in addition to giving you extra gearing room and speed in your early runs.
Add polished heads and race camshafts (same tune): 1465 HP
Racing bi-turbos at 22psi: 1768 HP
Left & Right Exhaust cam +15, Right Intake +15, Left Intake -15: 1785 HP
Spray it with 1079 lbs/hr of nitrous and you have a motor that can only be outclassed by the V12 Racing setup, hands down. So this gives you the space and breathing room as a new player to build and play with the game's big ole boy motor, that V12, if you start to look for that extra 1,000 horsepower.
That's actually awesome, your 1/4 time was almost a second faster than mine, but you inspired me to tune my CoupeSport with the RB26DET. The times it set are all with body panels off.

For the inline 6 just use the GT2 bottom and top end and the Devilsport single turbo exhaust headers. Throw a turbo on and crank it up for 1000+ HP.
795 hp
724 Nm
12.000 Rpm
Baiern Devils 6SFi 3.6 block
Baiern Kraftwerk 2.5 crankshaft
Baiern Kraftwerk 2.5 flywheel
Baiern Kraftwerk 2.5 Clutch
Baiern Kraftwerk 2.5 Connecting rods
Baiern Kraftwerk 2.5 pistons
Baiern Devils 6SFi cylinder heads
Baiern CoupeSport GT III intake manifold
SL Tuners 6 channel methanol (16:1)
Emer MotorSport Nonus GT2 exhaust header
Emer MotorSport Nonus GT2 intake camshaft (+10)
Emer MotorSport Nonus GT2 exhaust camshaft (-15)
I use it only with an automatic transmission
It may not be the most powerful motor, but with its help I was able to pass the ROC
Go through the green and blue club
Without turbines, without nitrogen
