Go into Parts store> Body parts > Chassis> And then buy it

So I just tried to download some vehicles through the workshop, and I didn't find them in my game, not even in the chassis catalog.

You have to get them and put them in the racers file. There are tutorials on Youtube (look for 2.3.1 not 2.2.1)
