resolution glitch
hi im new to this version of slrr (i only got it 3 days ago) and when i first started it today my resoulution had been set to the smallest resolution possible so i first thought that it was just a minor glitch and i managed to fix it by restarting the game then going into options and setting the resloultion back to normal but this glitch has happened to me about 3-4 time in the space of 1 hour and its really starting to annoy me so i would like to ask if anyone knows a way to stop this glitch from happening if you do it would be very helpful as it is starting to become a major pain in the ass

So this bug happens randomly, right? I can't find a way to reproduce it here.

i believe it is caused by going into the options menu while in a race or in the test track then once you restart that game after doing that it should cause the glitch to happen

I have posted some screenshots of the different stages of the glitch I will try to get a link to them but if I can't then you can see them on my profile

I had this issue, its simple to fix:go to Program files x86(or whereever is your steam client installed)/Steam/common/SLRR/save and remove folder called "game",this will reset your settings to default. Now go back, right mouse button click on StreetLegalRedline.exe, properties and click:run it in Windows XP compability and run in Administrator mode. Now go to game and set your video settings/controls/audio.Enjoy :)

when u crash or alt f4 is when it happens for me but its not everytime i think at 1080p it happens....also for us using ultra wide monitors it makes it harder to work on the cars as the spring click zone is way off at times

its all good now thank you for posting on how to fix that as that and other glitches are starting to make the game unplayable

this didnt work.

best solution is delete file "opions" in "save/game" folder, then go in game, set up all needed options, quit the game and set "Read only" option to "options" file

This fix works perfectly for windows 10 exactly how you described it thank you for figuring that out I don't think even in a million year that I would figure that out...... and I'm making my own games :steamhappy:
