HOW DO I FIX THIS ERROR!

Everytime i open and try to modify things in SLRReditor 2.1 it gives me this error

Seems like this software is not catching access exceptions. Try running SLRReditor as administrator or change user access privileges for the files and folders you're trying to access.

I've tried to run as an administartor and i have changed the privileges for the files and folders.
