Fuel air ratio is literally the ratio of fuel and air injected, playing arround with this is how you learn about cars.
If you have a Turbo, I always suggest just maxing its boost (more air means you can spray more fuel means more BANG on your cilinders means more RPM means more HP and torque means SPEEEED).
In real life the higher the boost the more likely stuff is to blow up, in this game however that degradation isn't too bad on most engines.
There's probably people willing to share full setups on tuning, but I suggest you fiddle with it and expand your knowledge doing so, its fun to understand how cars work!
