I thought that the final "evidence for terrorism" was in the folder. I've only got 8/9 on it. I also can't find the meaning of the strange numbers.

The final piece of evidence you're missing might be the "Riot" word in the search app. The meaning of the strange numbers will be revealed if you call the phone number that sent you the strange numbers

Just found the final evidence, it was his post on Like. Thanks for the strange numbers, though. I'll keep continuing. By the way, Tom Ridley (your)'s phone number is said in Ending 4.
