How do I access the artbook?

I just bought it. That's all I want help with,,,

From the looks of it (no, I'm not installing it just to verify...), it should all be the installation directory of the game, which can be reached from the Steam client by right clicking on the game, choosing "Properties", then "installed Files", then the "Browse" button.

There might be a "data" folder, which has a "dlc" folder, which has all the Deluxe Pack files.
