Game not starting

Hi there o/
Since the update before this last one (I think) the game doesn't start anymore. I get no error message, no process running in task manager, nothing... it simple does nothing.
Any idea what might be the problem, and the solution for it?

@PCanas I'm experiencing the same problem. I downloaded the C++ update as recommended in the pinned disscussion but it isnt installing properly. Im considering uninstalling and reinstalling

Same problem, again! I have both of your games and now both of them dont launch anymore. For the love of god fix your bloody games. Is this how you people repay your customers ? Your products are BROKEN. They will not launch for people who have three times the system specs to run them. Through no faulf of there own.

I had the same problem I found the only solution, but you won't like it; even I don't like it, but was tired of a some games not working due to Virtual C++ and .NET 6+ and DX11.1 Update not installing properly and removing vital DLL files in the process. Download and install: TotalSystemCare once youve updated Virtual C++ .Net and DX11.1 (it's free, but there is a un-welcome catch) you need to activate it in-order to fix the problems and there is automatic re-billing involved. once you've run this a couple of times to remove all the errors the game will work again.

I fixed my error- i was running windows 8 instead of 10. Now it opens but is just incredibly slow. not sure why
