Is it rare that children are born? on my 3rd year yet and no children born at all. Thought it might have something to do with houses so I got 3 more houses and nothing ;(

Well I stand corrected I did get 3 children and all died fantastic

i had 11 people...no kids for 3 yrs...then i checked the houses and the only 2 men i had were living in the same house...i had to build another house and bingo....i now have 2 men living in 2 houses with no women:)

Child birth is very much tied to housing. Build new houses or upgrade existing ones so they have more population slots. Be careful of 2 things. Build houses gradually. Otherwise you will have a pop boom that you can't feed. Be sure you have available housing if you upgrade and do it during good weather. Pops die quickly if they don't have housing.
