Help.....raiders!!!?

I just got raided in my 3rd year or so. They destroyed everything. How do I defend myself from them, kill them or prevent them?

Only hunters as well as upgraded towers, it seems to me, can shoot raiders.
But it is not necessarily very effective.

The easiest way is to take control of a villager and use the bow to kill them.

The easiest way is to use mod called Guards Guards along with those below (ofc if you're playing modded game). Playing in FPV when raiders are attacking will be not enough.

When you're starting out, in your 3rd year like i was, with only two adults, are these mods going to be helpful?
