So what game version are you using? You are not using original game from Steam?
Your mod list is a little messy, you use mods there aren't needed. If you are using Redecoration Bundle there is no need to use those and it was described at Redecorations Bundle site.

Also your LOAD ORDER is not the right one, 34-Medieval Crops (previous Updated seed package) needs to be at the beginning of the list not in the middle. Some of other mods are in wrong position as well. Look at this LO and try to reorganize your load order.

Did you follow steps as described? Your log file isn't the file right after the crash. It needs to be right after and not when you launch again your game.

even desconciderando the two mods above the error persists with the same message ... I will send you the new log after the exclusion of the above mods and persistence of the error

@strangmed, I think your problem was caused by Revolution mod not Sir Foxy mod Travellers caravan but yes, send another log. If your buildings footprints were changed you need to start new game. Unsubscribing Revolution mod in this case won't help you but as I mentioned earlier, it's not supported anymore. The link with LO I showed you have mods that are compatible and most of them are from active supporting Authors except mods from cstoneburner, she is also no longer active modder.

You need to unsubscribe and subscribe again to Butchers Shop mod so steam can download proper content , I'm off for 2 next hours so good luck!

I was fairly certain I had updated the wagons so they wouldn’t crash when the footprints were changed. Seems like I forgot to upload the new version to steam. It should be fixed now, wagons will have the same footprint as a small house.
