-or-
Basicly the same as in the MODed "research tree" game with Academy & Research:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1543769924
It seems that you are using the mod "Research&Academy" which also enables you to use the donkeys at the stable to transport the ressources to the keep (Just make sure that you stop the transport route after everything that's needed for the research has been brought)
And, of course, make sure that the keep has enough workers, and that there are houses for them not too far from the keep.
-If you clicked on it and nothing happens then perhaps move R&A further down near or at the bottom/last on your MOD list and/or disable and then re-enable that MOD. Some also un/then re-subscribe; then reload to test. If still at issue, also post at R&A MOD site

AFAIR:
'Timber Framing' from Research&Academy
Newest R&A version MOD does allow access 'Timber Framing' from the start
and at any research Building (Academy, Fort, Keep) drop down menu should get you starte
IF "Timber Farming" you are referring to ( Research&Academy Improved Timber Yields, then research: Serfdom>Double bit Axe, from drop down Menus will get you started in that direction
If only Vanilla, we then need Agriculture researched first to get to Forestry Tech
Also having Warehouse, Houses and Barn nearby Keep worksite also helps in the building of the keep and then homes and infurstructure for the Researchers; regardless of MODed or Vanilla
;)
