guys a question,

stone tower
watch tower

what good are these for, ? stone tower at lv2 suppose to kill nearby animals but havnt seen it kill any,

what do that watch tower do?

there isnt enough info at wiki for all these, i think its 30-40% filled with info about the game

But you have us who have played LIF enough to help you ;)
The watch tower is the one that will shoot arrows at any wild animals including the raiders, BUT only onced upgraded.!! so you need lots of stone.
The Stone tower is used for corners of a castle wall/ or stone wall.
I build the watch tower> upgraded get it watch!! to protect my pack mules. It also shoots the new Raiders so build a few around the islnd near by your village, no need to surround the villages with walls / Pretty cool

sofar i hunt the raiders myself haha also , my town started crappy, i cleared my place and half of town died and now made a new town on the same map , sofar so good, its all safe and full of food and stuff, still expanding here and there ,

though meat goes way to fast , i got 69 pigs, 15 cows, 16 sheep, 45 chickens, although i need to make a larger chickin coop, need more eegs

though walls would be cool arround the village but a problem to remove them everytime as expanding

but a upgraded stone tower shoot at animals to so what is the point actualy between watch and stone ?

also need quite alot watch towers, as the radius is pretty short

Are you saying stone towers shoot at wild animals?

You are absolutely right once built ( round tower) then click upgrade. thanks. I had talked about this in another discussion and was told to use the watch towers. Maybe the updates added it to these as well, I was under the impression only upgraded watch towers did this.
Both do also Less resources

I build level 2 and 3 stone towers in various locations. Since they do not require workers this frees up villagers for other things as I do not need a bunch of hunters. Free laborers will collect the hides and meat.

humm, k but my point was , watch towers and stone towers, they do basicly the same i guess ?

Since I haven't played with the Vikings I do not know if Watch Towers are better for that. Strictly a guess but my guess is Watch Towers should be built along the coast to watch for Raiders.

Stone Towers are cheaper in resource materials and work very well against wild animals.

YES!!! both do the same task > upgrade them.. there level 1 -2- 3 stone tower
example level 3 has a wider zone ring

No all are useful but I am not sure exactly what watchtowers do that stone towers do not do. Both will kill wild animals and I believe both will kill raiders.
