I saved and loaded the game, and lost mine

i having 4 at 1 island (it was 5th island) 2x knight hermit 1x baker and 1x balista, so i just build all i want :D
tho i never had winter in my game also halloween update seems to not apply too

btw. i don't have 6th island as halloween event bonus

Exactly what Zolombo, they tend to wander a bit. I have not tracked down what exactly makes them wander. So you will have to watch them like a hawk. I have not seen them wander around after they stop from wandering a bit.

They are short old people that live in small stone home with a axe lodged in a stump. Fairly easy to spot, they are unlocked on certain islands when you upgrade the Wooden Sign Post.

Actually, there are cases where hermits will dissapear if you reload the game. And I mean like, you’re carrying them, you’re in your castle, you save, exit, and reopen the game, and the hermit is just gone.

I've never had that happen to me yet, but it definitely sounds like a bug.

I never ever save in the middle of an island, I usually save before I leave, or after I arrive on an island so I’ve never mysteriously lost any of my hermits before. Since I’ve just found out that this is a real issue, and not just hermits walking past walls, it’s possible that hermits can dissapear in other save errors as well.
