Who is the guy in front of the castle permanently there ??

Well Maybe some of you asked themselves this question but i've noticed a guy with some kind of book who is always standing in front of the castle and when you drop some coins he kept them or sometimes get into the castle ? He is always in the same coloured of your king or queen so does anyone knows who is this guy and what is the purpose of him x) ?? ( sorry for my englis )

oh he is like the bank if you are so rich and making coins fall out you can give the coins to him then he will store them in the castle then tomorrow he will give you the money you gived him yestereday hope that helps! :D
