Hey HUNK,
Hope all is well. I am not sure why you reported James' post but I will try and reply to it as best as I can.
"I was getting the mono.dll issue , I actually completely temp disabled my AV until restart , that's how I was able to get my game to start. So I'm doubting it's the AV at this point."
In your report you mention you completely disabled AV until restart and the game works. This actually goes against what you mention about doubting it is the AV. Unless I am missunderstanding something it seem that this actually comfirms the issue was with the AV.
The reason I say that is because if your game was not working, then you disabled AV and the game begins working, then that confirms it isn't the game and is the AV blocking something.
Either way, glad to see you got it working and are on the battlefield my friend!
PS : Sorry James
But Yeah i managed to get the game to start but I still am unable to activate any menu buttons
the problem was not starting my game I'm aware that my virus protector claims mono.dll is a virus for false positive reasons so I just disable it however this time , I am no longer able to activate anything in the menu like settings / multiplayer and am not able to play the game.
That's what my post was about , nothing was fixed I'm just explaining how i got to where I was.
