Last match I played the right hand was literally backwards looking at me.
Just the hand through, aiming and holding was normal (as in the positions), the gun/grenade were not in the hand but were floating where the hand should have been.
That's exactly it, although to grab anything off my rig, I had to make the floating hand collide with it first, which made it a real pain to deal with.
Yes, it's definitely not a tracking issue, as my controller was showing fine on the dashboard as well. The bug has occurred several times on every map so far (except for Subway, which I havent played yet), though I'm not sure it has everything to do with performance, since my framerate is more than acceptable for the most part.
