You are used to video game scopes with incorrect optics.
Holosights work like they do in real life as well where you can see them properly from any angle.
The dev modeled it as close to real as he could.
I agree, it sucks, but it does feel very real.
Perfect, the game makes the barrier of entry for marksmanship higher. I'm okay with this.
It's à good thing that it's very hard to snipe in this game as it is in Real life
i use a scope multiple times a week in real life ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ i dont play call of duty. i just put my rifle in a vice and tested what some of you have been saying and it appears that there is a SLIGHT deviation if you move your eye all the way to where you almost cant see the crosshairs. but in the game the deviation is insane. at 20 meters you can deviate the crosshairs nearly a foot off target which is ridiculous. im no sniper but i promise you i can hit a human target at 200 meters 10 times easier in real life with a rifle than in this game. which is a problem. THIS IS A SIMULATION GAME RIGHT. im just trying to give my helpful feedback. be advised i have spent much time testing the optics in onward and also use a gun rig
So if the scope is ACCURATELY modeled, the way to be hitting your shots is what? Make sure the crosshairs are dead center in the scope body? Any deviation to dead center in the scope body WILL change the bullet impact?
