What are the best settings for playing onward VR with the quest 2

I have an game pc that can play max possible settings.
What settings do i make in steam vr, oculus app on windows and oculus quest 2?
I am a little lost what will give me best possible graphics.

You don't, Quest 2 implementation downgraded the graphics and physics, what you see is what you get.

I have options to change settings (75 to 120 hz) resolution etc.
There should be a way to maximize it?

Virtual desktop should have streaming quality settings and steam vr has supersampling setting in the video tab. Push those to eleven.
