DISAPPEARED SERVER LIST

Hello,

I hope I have not violated any rules, I have a problem that I can not solve. no servers appear in the Onwar server list. I can play online but without being able to choose any server. if i create a server my friends can't see my server or play with me. how can i solve.

Hi, Please make sure to check your server filters when looking at the server browser. Sometimes when you have "friends" ticket it might not show other servers.

Another thing to make sure is to check if you're on the correct and updated game version. To do this you can try reinstalling the game.

i tried to disable all server filters and update the list but nothing. I opened the firewall ports in and out but nothing. the installed version was 1.8.4.1 turns out to be the most recent. i just tried your advice first to uninstall and then reinstall. keeps not showing me the servers. in game on the home screen tells me: server connected, workshop coming soon,
oculus: connected.

my brother has the same problem playing the game and we don't understand why

That is super odd. Could you maybe share a game log with me? It might help in finding the issue.(player.log.txt)
To find your player log, navigate to "C:\Users\putyourpcnamehere\AppData\Locallow\Downpour Interactive\Onward"
Please share your latest player.log.txt file from that directory. you can either upload it to google drive, or contact me on discord to share the log.

Could you also share your PC specs as well as your VR headset with me? Thanks!

Just to clarify, are you clicking the apply button at the bottom of the server filters if you make a change? Look to the left, make sure they are all unchecked, then hit apply at the bottom.

yes, deselect all and apply and then refresh button. nothing. unchecked one at a time and apply and refresh, nothing.

with this configuration I had no problems with the servers before. now he doesn't show them to me anymore.

same problem to me. Done all possible combination. I have no problem to join a multiplayer match or to create a server, but I can't choose or see servers from server's list.
I don't know if it useful for the problem: the time to load the game was remarkably improved

I can never see my brothers server when I do the friends only option, I can't see him on the regular list either. Also is it common to have tons of people in the shooting range and not so many everywhere else? I don't think I'm seeing all the servers.

for anyone seeing not a single server. i'd advice checking your firewall or antivirus settingas as well. it could possibly block some of our game's connections. We had a few reports of some antivirus software blocking the connection even though it stated that the servers were connected ingame.
These users just had to give Onward permission and it solved their connection issues.

have you made sure both you and your brother have the same game version? if you have time maybe both of you try reinstalling the game? sorry but i haven't had anyone report an issue to me yet where some servers might not be displayed so i'm not entirely sure on that issue. keep me posted?

It's working again, I use Meraki equipment and everything seems to be working after a firmware update, it was most likely on my end.

Change the filters, There was an update that added filters, your defaults may have changed.
