Grab knife with index controllers

Hi,

I was running through the tutorial. I'm using the Valve Index Controllers.

I am left handed so have set the game to be left handed with left eye dominant.

However during the tutorial it asked me to reach over my right shoulder and grab the knife with the grip button. I done this multiple times and was unsuccessful in completing this as I just couldn't pick up the knife. This means I can't continue with the rest of the tutorial.

Anyone else having this issue?

I havnt played the tutorial but I imagine your reaching in the wrong place. Also try gripping the controller. I use a index n once u play this game with a few people its amazing! I just wish there was a few more game modes

I kept on trying over and over again reaching around different positions around my right shoulder with no luck. I know the grip button works as I wouldn't have been able to hold the rifle earlier in the tutorial.

Regarding numbers I am yet to know what it's like ;)

I know Pavlov VR is gr8 especially with all the game modes. :D

Ok I tryed it, it works only with one hand, your left, n you grip the controller not the trigger button.... so reach to your left shoulder with your left hand and pinch the controller. Hope this helps!!

same as you hold a gun lol try to grab more to your ear than your shoulder there is a sweet spot somewhere try to find it.
