Valve index controller bindings

I started up the game today after playing yesterday with no issues, and my controller bindings are gone. At the main menu it brings up the steam vr menu and says something like no controller bindings found. I already reinstalled and still the same issue, any ideas?

Pretty sure this is a Steam issue, I had to stop using my Steam controller because this ♥♥♥♥ happened all the time.

If you don't mind me asking, what did you change? I can't really see how you could improve it besides maybe swapping one or two buttons.

It isn't custom binding that disappeared, it was the default bindings. Sorry for the confusion, I see how it sounds like I'm talking about custom bindings.

Might be the steamVR beta update it broke my controls for Blade&Sorcery as well so I went back to stable that fixed it
