As long as you have 8gb of ram or more. Your processor could be better, though.

1060 6GB and I5 2000 Series. works really great. the thing is that the servers are NA only...

If you only have 6GB ram then you have a big problem, game use about 8GB.

Should be completely fine but try overclocking your cpu if you haven't already. I have a 4670k @ 4.1 GHz and even though it is rare I do get some hicups sometimes

The gtx 970 is about 45% faster than your gpu and it is the minimum recommended gpu.
If you overclock your cpu it might be fine, you can have an i5 but maybe need a newer version.

You could always buy the game to try it, if it doesn't work you can return it as long as you haven't played for 2 hours and/or had it for 2 weeks
