Immensly Long Loading Times!
When I join a match, I takes about 4 to 5 minutes to load up. When the round is over and we select a new map, the game just keeps on loading, and loading, and loading... I love this game, but cannot play it with this bug. Argh! :steamsalty::steamsad:

true but even on a HDD it shouldn't take to long like a max oof 10-15 seconds and thats propably estemating it on the high side.

I'm not really a PC gamer, so how do you get an SSD, how much do they cost, and how do you install one?

i have an ssd and it still takes sometimes even 40 seconds to load. Sometimes even the rounds starts before i join, definitely if the server is already in the lobby as i join the server.

Don't bother, it's not the problem. Do you even know what your computer is comprised of? Do you know what video card you have, what processor, how much ram? Mine loads very quickly but I have an I7-7700k w/ 16 gigs. Many of us are using similar machines. What machine are you running this on? Laptops always take longer than their desktop counterparts to load even with identical specs.

Dubble the ram would be good, the game can use around 8gb.

Falkenbbs's response so far in the thread is the only one that makes any sense. Doesn't matter what your PC specs are if you're running garbage in the background unrelated to what you're actually doing.

i5 suggests it was a pre-built off the shelf OEM package for a family PC, as no gamer gets an i5 of their own free will. 100% probability that there are at least x2 antivirus programs running on top of windows defender already, all fighting with eachother to scan everything all the time, and preventing proper windows update long term.

This is not meant as a dis. Just some facts that will need attention. It's very rare that a specific game is to blame when you have long loading times, and very low end PC's can be made to run like jet-engines with the most basic attention to detail.

@Mashee I agree with most of your post except for the i5 bit.Imo for a gamer an i5 is the best bang for your bucks.
