Why can't I select insane or suicidal?

Youll need to buy them within the perks menu ;)

I don't have an option to buy them, where is it located?


Yeah, I just looked again. I have no option to buy insane or suicidal.

You unlock them when you level up. Then you 'buy' them in the perk screen.

I'm at elite 2 and they're not available.

When you are level up to the next rank, you have to choose what perk you want to unlock. There will be (in the end) insane and suicidal difficulties. Then you will need to go to Manage Perks menu and buy it
